Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed & shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date. Please give an additional 1-2 business days on-sale dates. 

New Zealand shipping: Free shipping for orders over $200.00 all over NZ. Orders under $200: the standard shipping rate within NZ (urban and rural) is $12.00. Estimated delivery time is around 7-10 working days. 

Australia shipping has a flat rate of $10.00 AUD. Spend $200.00 or more and you will get free shipping thru Australia Post. Estimated delivery time around 3-5 working days.

Unites States and Canada have a flat rate of 35.00 AUD or approximately 24.00 USD for DHL Delivery. Spend 300.00 AUD/ 190 USD or more and you will get free shipping to Unites States and Canada thru DHL express. Estimated delivery around 3-5 working days.

The rest of the world has a flat rate of 60.00 AUD. Shipment is done thru DHL express which takes around 7-10 working days. Spend 300.00 AUD / 190 USD or more and you will get free shipping worldwide.

 

We are not responsible for delays in shipping times due to postage service delays or any other delays that stem directly from circumstances out of our control eg. Covid 19 pandemic.

International deliveries:

For purchases internationally you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders.

Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur in order to release your goods.

Failure to collect your parcel due to not wanting to pay these fees or the parcel being returned to us due to incorrect address information or non collection from Depot will result in a return of your original order amount less $60 AUD to cover the costs for processing + inbound and outbound freight costs.

No order changes or cancellations once the order has been placed.
Customs duties & Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer for all countries - if you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees your order will be destroyed by customs and will not be refunded by Bibs and Bobs NZ.
